In 1985 MUSIC CITY ENTERTAINMENT CORP. (M) SDN. BHD. was formed and established by team of dedicated professionals in the related industry. To date, it already has numerous achievements to its name.

Their consistent accomplishments motivated them to expand...

Thus in 1989 SEAGULLS PROMOTIONS (M) SDN. BHD. came to its existence followed by its two other branches in Singapore and in the Philippines respectively; Seagulls Promotion (S) Pte. Ltd. and Seagulls Promotions (Phils.) Company both established in 1989.

JC Holdings' head office in Malaysia and subsidiary offices in Singapore and the Philippines are all equipped with the latest office facilities. All data are computerized to facilitate easy processing. Moreover, files and documents are stored well for quick retrieval with artistes details organized in portfolios and video libraries.

Apart from this, The Group has its own Complex both in Malaysia and the Philippines. These studios are maintained and equipped with the latest audiovisual facilities to expedite artistes training and development.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Malaysia's Ministry of Culture, Art and Tourism has given authorization for Seagulls Promotions (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Chacko Pisters United Sdn. Bhd. to operate and engage business in the entertainment field of the country. The Ministry has given due recognition to both companies that they have the necessary skills and ability in the field that they specialize in.

Likewise in the Philippines, Seagulls Promotions (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Chacko Pister United Sdn. Bhd. has been accredited as principals to recruit, hire and employ Filipino Performing Artistes by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (PEA), Department of labor Employment (DOLE) with accreditation numbers 40376 and 40375 respectively.
